Chair-bombing - taking discarded shipping pallets or other salvaged waste material, converting them into quality public seating, and redistributing the furniture into neighborhoods.  the urban waste stream can be reduced and the streets made more welcoming.

everything is interesting, we can create anything

This last week myself and three others created 4 classrooms for an extraordinary school, Brightworks. We were given a hand drawing from founder and author of, 50 Dangerous Things You Should Let Your Children Do, Gever Tulley, and went to work. We used basic building materials and tried to combine scrap materials from last years projects to create safe, uniform spaces the kids could use for the coming school year. The structures or "tree houses" are two story dwellings that act as classrooms/workshops. The purpose is to provide a place for focus and creation for each band of eight children.
